Craniosacral Therapy:
Craniosacral Therapy is a very gentle, subtle way of working with the body, its rhythm and energy flow. Sometimes the body has places that are “stuck” or don’t move well. When all parts of the body move freely the body is better able to find balance and improve function. Craniosacral Therapy also helps you get into a state of deep relaxation to aid with the body healing itself and finding balance. The body will always try to find balance.
I started providing Craniosacral Therapy (CST) in 2014. I have trained with Carol Gray in CST Subtle Hands-on, CST with Infants, CST with Pregnant & Postpartum women, CST Beyond the Basics and Supporting Emotional Release as well as helped as a Teachers aide for Carol in the Infant and Pregnant & Postpartum CST classes. I have also trained with Dr. Alison Hazelbaker in CST in Infants Breastfeeding and Tongue-Tie, Maxine Haller in Neuroplasticity and Teresa Robertson in CST for Toddlers. I volunteered at the Free CST Baby Clinics in Portland hosted by Carol Gray until March of 2016 when we started free clinics here in Philomath, Corvallis and Eugene.
I specialize in working with babies that have feeding issues, preferences to turn their head one way, reflux problems, sleeping issues, hypersensitivity, irritability and pre- and post-tongue-tie revision. I also work with adults, pregnant & postpartum women, children and toddlers.
The number of treatments needed to work with specific issues varies with each unique individual.
